Tribe to include Middleboro in casino talks
The Mashpee Wampanoag tribe says a letter floated yesterday requesting official compact negotiations with the state about a proposed casino was just a draft, and tribal leaders are now revising it to include a representative of the town of Middleboro at the bargaining table.
They handed out a draft to the media. Does Bond believe that? Does anyone really believe that?

Honestly, in his heart of hearts I don’t think Mr. Bond believes it either. He isn’t stupid, but he is committed to this casino deal to the point that he has to tolerate the misdealings of the tribal leadership and their investors.
Mr. Hendricks thinks everyone else is stupid if he thinks we believe that he would go on regional television to sign a “draft” letter to the governor. Sorry Sean, were aren’t stupid.
