On Tuesday the 18th, this Governor testifies about his casino plan in front of the Joint Committee. He spoke from about 10:00AM until 12:30PM at which point his Cabinet took over. Around 2:00PM, I was in the stairwell outside Gardner Auditorium when a Casey Ross story stamped 1:06PM came across my TREO.

It takes a special man to concede defeat while his Cabinet is still testifying.
Now we find out that he was in New York courting book publishers Thursday the 20th while his few remaining supporters in the House were defending his bill and attempting to save it for another day.
Is he this clueless?
The only nice thing I can say about this guy today is that compared to his Cabinet, he is King Charisma.
